Our courier and delivery team has FULL rights to deliver anyone aside from recipient at the specified delivery address. It is often that recipient may not available at said address but any person at the said address can accept the item and sign the delivery receipt.
Delivery day & time guarantee will be suspended during extreme weather such as typhoon, heavy rain etc.
Incomplete shipping address might cause delay delivery! If your recipient's address is incorrect, item will not be delivered and no refund will be made.
